Mutual Funds Operations and Sales Specialist

1. Operations Management:
   • Oversee the processing of mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, and transfers.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction process.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mutual fund transactions and client information.
   • Coordinate with fund managers and other external partners to resolve any operational issues.
   • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
2. Sales Support:
   • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote mutual fund products to potential clients.
   • Provide detailed information and guidance to clients regarding mutual fund options, performance, and investment strategies.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional investments and services.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and presentations for mutual fund products.
   • Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
3. Customer Service:
   • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to mutual funds.
   • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
   • Educate clients on the use of online platforms and tools for managing their investments.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure all sales and operational activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
   • Assist in the preparation of reports for management, including sales performance, operational efficiency, and compliance adherence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mutual funds operations or sales within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds and the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
