Partnering With Corporates to Transform Education

Bharatmentors partnered with a Multi-National Company to create a platform which would take education in India to the remotest of locations, online. The vision of this collaboration was to have the bandwidth to support and train young students with industry oriented subjects and get them placed.

The Problem and Solution

According to the recent researches and studies, almost half of India’s total population is under the age of 25 years which means a huge talent pool for the job market. But what makes the situation problematic is the lack of a modern education and training model that prepares students to thrive in the current job market inside and/or outside the county.

Bharatmentors realized the situation and need of a solution which could enhance the existing education model and yet remain economical and effective in delivering what companies expect today. Therefore, Bharatmentors partnered with a globally recognized IT organization to train the students of several colleges through online industry oriented comprehensive training, along with their university curriculum. Because of this additional training, companies now don’t have to trace the right talent further.
