Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to drive online traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

2 -6 Year Experience
Responsibilities
  1. Digital Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. SEO/SEM Management:
    • Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve organic search rankings.
    • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase website traffic and conversions.
  3. Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
    • Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
  4. Email Marketing:
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Develop targeted email lists and segments based on customer demographics and behaviors.
    • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
  5. Content Marketing:
    • Develop a content marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
